VoxPop Clothing Join Hands with Chicago Based Threadless

Taking inspiration from the quote, Mumbai based VoxPop has entered an exclusive agreement with Threadless, a Chicago based outfit. Threadless is a creative community which brings people from all over the world together to create great art. The community seek out like-minded partners to create weird, geeky, beautiful art for brands across the globe.

T-shirt retailer VoxPop has an e-Commerce store that caters to the Next-Gen young hotbed of Indian fashion seekers. With a vision to further enhance their reach in tandem with unexplored creativity, VoxPop has tied up with Threadless in an exclusive deal to bring innovative designs to the huge customer base in the country. Threadless is community that follows a crowdsourcing model in terms of supporting art and has more than 3 million members worldwide. The company plies its trade in various products like T-shirts, phone cases, wall art and much more. Bringing Threadless to India will enable the Indian eCommerce outfit to crowdsource designs from a wide range of international artists across the globe. Commenting on the recent development, Siddharth Taparia, CEO, VoxPop said: “By bringing Threadless to India, VoxPop will be able to provide epic T-shirt designs to its customers with access to 220,000 artists and over 400,000 designs from a creative community across the world. The association will also allow VoxPop to curate designs from India and launch them on Threadless’ platform, giving Indian artists global exposure.”

In a further development, VoxPop is planning to sell Threadless T-shirts in multiple offline stores within a span of 3 months. The executives from VoxPop have already opened talks with major fashion retailers like Shoppers’ Stop and Lifestyle. VoxPop has already made a name for itself via establishing partnerships with big players from the entertainment industry like Marvel and Disney. VoxPop is also looking to raise Series A funding of $5-7 Million in the coming months. Adding to these developments, VoxPop recently hired Minority to handle their creative duties.
